Municipal Economic advisor and Project manager -self employed Main roles: Initiating, establishing, promoting, marketing, coordinating and managing projects of interest to local authorities in Israel; Working with the private sector, government ministries, and local authorities.

2000-2003

Deputy Project Manager building and development- Union of Local Authorities Main roles: initiating, establishing, promoting, marketing, coordinating and managing projects of interest to local authorities in Israel; Working with the private sector, government ministries, and local authorities. The position included complete responsibility for financials (tens of millions of Shekels per annum); guidance and instruction of advisors..

1998 –2000

Project Manager in the area of Environmental Protection and Transportation in the Local Government Economy Co. Main roles: initiating, establishing, promoting, marketing, coordinating and managing projects of interest to local authorities in Israel; Working with the private sector, government ministries, and local authorities. The position included complete responsibility for financials (tens of millions of Shekels per annum); guidance and instruction of advisors; preparation and publication of tenders (country-wide); management of negotiations with service and equipment suppliers.

1997 –1998

Controller of Environmental Projects at the Local Government Economy Co. Main roles: initiating, marketing and promotion of projects in the field of environmental protection, for the benefit of local authorities.

1995-1996

Manager of Passenger Hall in Border Crossing Security Manager of a team of security workers at border crossings – operation of inspection and computerized instrumentation teams. The position combined authority in security with professional responsibility.

1992-1994

Regional Coordinator of Informal Education- Youth Movements Youth coordinator of informal education for the Ministry of Education – National Youth Movement. The position was fulfilled in the context of social- communal work.
